We are a small team and our office is not continually manned. We aim to reply to enquiries within one week. Whilst we do everything to deliver your event, please understand that aircraft are complex machines and occasionally require unscheduled maintenance to keep them at the required standard. The Scottish weather also keeps us on our toes. It is the pilot’s decision whether to fly, which on occasion may be weather enroute, not at your location.
